Lincoln Ellis is a partner at Ahakista Capital. He was most recently Chief Investment Strategist for Northern Trust’s Global Family Office and Private Investment Company practice, advising on or managing approximately $115 billion in assets. He began his investment career at Morgan Stanley, ultimately serving as Chief Investment Officer for a team overseeing nearly $2 billion in AUM. After leaving Morgan Stanley, Lincoln founded Astor Janssen Partners, advising wealthy families, multi-family offices, and institutions on asset allocation and balance sheet risk management. He completed extensive graduate work at the New School for Social Research and received a grant from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation at Columbia University.
